The case is adorned with 12 blue sapphires for a total of .86cts, and 254 hand set, Hearts and Arrows, ideal cut diamonds which are faceted to perfect proportions for a total wight of 3.03cts of diamonds, and it is beautiful! The Mother of Pearl dial is set with four diamonds. The traditional 18K white gold pin buckle is set with 2 blue sapphires, and 24 Hearts and Arrows diamonds as well.
